Mindful Pose: I first found yoga 15 years ago and instantly fell in love. The boost of energy and peacefulness that my mind and body feel afterward keeps me strong, centered and flexible. I received both my 200-hour and 500-hour advanced teachers certifications in 2009. Later, I completed my Yoga Nidra teacher training in 2012. My teaching philosophy, which is based on the traditional hatha style, focuses on each student achieving their unique potential at their own pace.
